Returns/Refund Policy
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please be sure to double check that all your information is properly entered and that you are ordering what you truly want.
Shipping/Delivery
Orders are shipped within 6-10 business days after the order is placed. Once the package is dropped off, The Scent Spot has no control over shipping. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
Damages/Issues
Please be sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If something is wrong with your order (item is damaged, wrong item shipped, wax has melted in transit, etc), please email royalhoneybee@gmail.com so the issue can be resolved right away. When emailing, be sure to include your first and last name, a photo of the item, your order number and the issue with the order. Be sure to notify us upon delivery or seven days after otherwise you will be outside the order issue window.
Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns which means we do not authorize refunds in this event. Everything is final sale.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges.
Non-Refundables
We unfortunately do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards (both prepaid and store credit).

Royal Honey Bee was founded by Destiny Thornton on July 6th, 2020 in the city of Clementon, New Jersey, USA.
Just a year after starting her locs, she was in her father's kitchen creating products backed by a business that represents community, prosperity, and love.
Our mission is to become a hair care company that provides organic hair care products for individuals with locs and natural hair, male and female, young and old.
Each item is handmade and poured with care. All products are made with chemical and toxin free essential oils, carrier oils, fragrance oils, and other ingredients that will aid in your hair growth journey.
